感恩有這福份去牧養你們。
你們每一個的生命都是我的鼓勵，
你們每一個的生命都向我見證著基督有多麼的真實活現在你們當中。
有幸與你們同行，我會努力珍惜，
一起為基督打那場已勝的仗，一起為耶穌贏更多靈魂，一起為了耶穌而把天國實現在地上！

澳門 — 這是我生活及事奉的城市。
究竟，教會在這小小的城市應擔著什麼角色呢？
她只是一個提供人信仰平台的地方？
基督是想做澳門 80 個堂會的頭，還是要成為這城市每一部份，包括經濟、教育、政治、商業、民生、傳媒、藝術… 的頭？
我們今日建立的堂會，是牧養著會堂內的人與事，還是牧養著這個城市及社會？
我們的眼光，是內向於堂會內，還是外向世界？
究竟，今日什麼是這城市的主？是基督，還是物質主義、拜金主義、個人主義…？
是時候我們作為教會的，去改變我們的教會觀思維。
