圖︰我的 latte
很喜歡 starbucks 的客戶服務態度。
話說今天光顧，服務員告訴說見我是熟客仔，故想認識我的名字。我見他把我的名字記錄在一本簿內，然後全場的服務員從此對我的稱呼就叫名字了，實在很親切。他們還把我今天叫的 latte 拉了個心型花，實在驚喜。過程中又想知道我平時飲開那一隻咖啡，認識我的喜好。
很喜歡這種服務態度，starbucks訓練人真有一手。

Calling the customer’s name is a real good way to build up customer loyalty.
