當然內中含意並非叫你要盡情攪破壞，
而是那份面對著試探而傾盡全力反抗的態度。

是時候帶大家吃印尼食品了︰

這叫 banana soup，即把香蕉製成湯，是一道很受印尼人喜愛的食品。可惜我把湯一入口，就感到味道沒法忍受。這是我試過印尼食品中我最不能接受的。

這是配一道名叫 soto 的配吃品。這乃是我試過印尼食品中我最愛吃的了。

這是印尼一 popular 生果，它的名字類似 “du-ku”，像荔枝龍眼。因我印尼行中喉嚨發炎，又不清楚這水果是熱還是寒 (中藥角度)，故我沒試。

大大粒牛丸麵… 印尼常見的麵食。味道很好，我喜愛。

咽喉痛，當地朋友買了這罐飲品給我，他說能舒緩喉痛。味道有點似藥水，但我個人可以接受。有效嗎？我不知道，只知道飲都無妨的。

這是印尼出名的 gado-gado，是以花生弄成醬，伴在生菜、芽菜、蛋上、及其他配料上。味度很濃，很有印尼特色風味。

印尼充滿的是回教徒。他們每天有五次禱告，稱之為 SHOLAT (صلاة)。禱告時間為︰4 am, 12 pm, 3 pm, 6 pm 及 8 pm。
每到這五個時間，基本上全城都會響起回教敬拜禱告廣播，由地方回教寺的禱告帶領者去主領。因此，我們在上述的五個時間，無論身在何方，都能聽到回教敬拜，整個雅加達佈滿著宗教氣氛。

嘗試在臨走的那天在住所的露台處錄下一次 SHOLAT 禱告。有興趣的可收聽 (請留意︰內含雜音 - 分別有樓下亞叔賣什麼 “do-net”、及屋內一些笑聲，均屬週遭雜音而不屬禱告內容中)︰

因以往的恐怖份子問題，印尼的各大商場內都設有保安檢查，以及這種「禁止槍械」告示。

印尼沒有國教，但現最盛行的非回教莫屬。到處都可看見回教寺，還有到處都可聽瞃每天五次的回教禱告廣播。

似乎印尼最多的樹是椰子樹了。不禁想到︰如果街邊的椰樹上的椰子熟透掉下來，會否弄傷途人？

收看電視節目，看見竟是香港電影以印尼文配音。

今次是我人生第一次去印尼。因為相片多的關係，讓我首先為大家帶來《印尼面貌》一輯相片系列，帶大家先感受印尼街貌。
隨後我會分享更多我的住所、接觸的人及對過程中的啟發。

先來感受一下印尼的街貌︰

印尼像澳門一樣，有很多電單車在街道上。但分別的，就是他們比澳門的電單車更多是重型一點，及駕駛得更狂野。

這是印尼一特色交通工具 - Bajaj (像泰國的 Took-took)。上車前要先跟車夫交個價，然後就可以上車。車最多可坐大約三至四人，引擎較嘈，但不失為一特色體驗。

街上的廣告，感覺有點像印度的，因為廣告多是用鐵板釘在燈柱上。

街上的男人，自己來夾夾 band。

雅加達的去水似乎不太理想。雨只下了大約三十分鐘，就已經有水浸跡象。但這也不妨礙小孩繼續他們的單車樂趣。

白天街上有很多這類推車仔，有的是搬運貨物，但大部份的是流動售貨員。

垃圾車。

屋舍附近的面貌，生活都較悠閒。

早 0600，從印尼抵達澳門。
這次 trip 收獲十分豐富，待我有個小休後再上來跟大家分享。

Finished my trip in the “S” island here.. so gonna fly back to Jakarta tomorrow again.
And will stay in Jakarta for a few more couple of days.
Gonna return back to Macau by next Tuesday.

Really excited to post the photos… so… stay tuned!

Time flies. Now I’ve arrived another island at Indonesia. Weather here is not as hot as I’ve thought. Gonna wake up tomorrow early morning and cross the waters to get to “M” Island, the place where I’ve described cannibals live there. Luckily, the friend here says they don’t really eat man now… So friends, I believe I won’t be eaten tomorrow. :p

Gonna spend a night in one of the villages at the “M” Island tomorrow. Taken tons of photos. Again, I can only post them when I get back to Macau.

Miss the friends in Macau, especially my brothers and sisters in Church. I pray that they are all doing fine.

Will post again when I can get Internet access.

P.S. Sorry I cannot afford to make replies to the previous posts yet, as the Internet access here is not as easy. But I’ve read every single one of your replies…. and thanks to each of my friends for supporting and caring for me!!

It’s hot here today. Things are very interesting here, especially how they run the churches! Really give me super lots of inspirations… They are a church “with no buildings”. Very lifestyle, and don’t gather people for sitting and listening to sermons. I really see that God is speaking to us through the churches here, I believe these are the churches that God wants us to build.

We are going to fly to another island on coming Monday. That is a place where cannibals and muslims live there. Gonna be dangerous… but real exciting! We’ll go there and learn how Jesus can be spread in such a dangerous village.

Pls pray for us, esp for my sore throat. And pray that we get to know more how God wants our Macau churches to be.

P.S. We can only get internet access in the internet pubs. So… no photos until i come back to Macau…
