這是一首我一聽便愛上的基督教音樂，也是我個人很喜歡的 music style。
極之喜歡它的 presentation、melody、歌詞、風格、聲線、咬字… 聽得人很感受到在耶穌裡的生命力！

年三十，我的新春第一天假期。
這天有三場節目︰下午一位香港來澳的朋友約了出來下午茶、晚上跟一群認識了大約七年的老朋友吃火鍋、再晚一點跟兩位好友行花市。
這天，陪伴著我的都是一群男性。

人人情人節做朱古力送給愛人，
我就決定做朱古力給年初一去拜年。
這個酒味朱古力製作超級簡單，而且味度很好 (喜歡酒味及帶點苦的朱古力的朋友可以試試！)
我是從這網站參考其食譜及製作︰
Katy&Betty Kitchen - Truffle
參考過後，我決定製作一個更為簡單的版本，有興趣可參考我的材料及製作過程 (如下)︰
我用的材料︰
- 比利時朱古力 (可可成份 58%) ~ 在桃子購買 …………. 600 g
- 淡忌廉 ~ 我選了 anchor 牌 ………… 150 g
- 冧酒 ………… 100 g
- 無鹽牛油 ……….. 少許
- 可可粉 ~ Van Houten 牌 ………… 適量
製作超簡單，首先把朱古力隔水座溶，加入牛油及淡忌廉。
當朱古力開始變得軟身，就開始攪拌它，直至顏色美麗。
然後關火，拿朱古力槳離開熱水，放在較涼的地方，把酒倒進去，再攪拌它。
當酒已跟朱古力槳攪伴得融為一體，就可以起勁的以高速同一方向攪拌，直至朱古力的質感由較稀身的水狀明確的轉變成可凝固的槳狀。
這時朱古力槳已經成了。用湯匙起一點出來(或有朋友說用她用手)，塗上可可粉，用可可粉拍打它，盡量把它拍成一個圓型狀。
成了！
接著到 Daiso 十元店買了些十元禮物盒、及小 paper muffin cups，
就可以把它們成為送禮的佳品。
一盒我會初一送到男朋友家，
一盒應該會送到一位舊朋友家拜年，
另外的送給爸爸 (媽媽身體不便吃朱古力)。
有興趣也試試親手製作這個 酒味 truffle 朱古力！
