喜歡吃壽司的朋友,你懂日本吃壽司文化嗎?
來看看此影片︰

影片︰The Japanese Tradition

嚇倒你嗎?不用憂心,片中所教導的日本文化並非全部屬實。
來個解畫,網民 sento1000 為此片作了個註釋︰

japanese people don’t eat sushi everyday
You can pass through a short curtain as you like
Toro are made from tuna and rice
Sushi is not served on “geta”
No one wear the plate home
…it is sure a few japanese middle aged men’s feet smell of vinegar
“gari” is ginger
Japanese middle aged men often say “maa maa maa maa”"oh toh toh toh”
You shouldn’t put soy sauce on sushi so much.
The wet towel is not “zoukin”(dustcloth) That is called “tenugui”or”oshibori”
Chopping boards and floors are not cleaned with it
Of couse tenugui is washed frequently
Taisho sometimes has a secret personal history in japanese drama
No menu items are illegal
Agari doesn’t mean “Ah!Gari!” but means “end” in japanese
“Ryoshusho” is a receipt. A few office workers submit it to their company and can claim a refund as necessary expenses.
A saucer of salt left outside is not for eating
