有想過要正視「睡眠債」這個問題嗎?

據該網站稱,若你對以上 10 題其中的 3 個問題皆答「是」,你或許需要找個睡眠專家幫你幹個睡眠檢查。
原來足夠睡眠對一個人是很重要。研究顯示︰
不足睡眠提高患癌機會 (詳細 …)
不足睡眠提高患糖尿病機會 (詳細 …)
不足睡眠影響免疫系統 (詳細 …)
等等。
