Fed up with all those thoughts and feelings.

最容易攻陷我的思想系統時間，就是在床上休息的時候。
躺在床上，那些沒被邀請的怪異思想就會試圖侵入我的系統，力圖以不真實的謊言欺騙我。
這些虛想像病毒般，一步步的擴散於整個系統裡，直至可以完全把系統攻陷。
如果不把它們及時剷掉，它們會像寄生蟲的居於系統裡，靜待時機出來攻擊。
幸這兩天晚上，聖靈都給我一句很清晰的句子作為我的武器︰
「Leave the fantasies, and Live in reality」
憑著上星期連續三天不同人被聖靈充滿的為我禱告，
再拿著這句真言，
我才能夠跟它們分離入睡。
sometimes when i’m full of ideas for a problem, i cant sleep too, the ideas just kept working it self out,(but i gust mine is a different then yours).
usually i would listern to musics like “Bjorky’s Medulla” or “Sarah Brightman” to relax on the thoughts, or i will try imagine myself flowing in warm water of a flat foggy beach, nothing else, no thoughts just the beach and me….

Thanks for your solutions, they help tensed ppl get some relax.
The problem with me is that I can sleep, but those ideas crawl in and become dreams for me, and I actually don’t want to dream about them.
Seems you also got some pressure from time to time…. btw, what’s your job (if u don’t mind telling)?

最近正學習藏在主裡，方法與我以往所認識的親近神有很大分別，但卻帶我進入另一境地，就是讓根能在水裡生長，根扎得實，便不致跌倒。
詩篇 1:2惟喜愛耶和華的律法、晝夜思想、這人便為有福。3他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁、按時候結果子、葉子也不枯乾‧凡他所作的、盡都順利。

lol, right now, I’m just a full time student that is finishing the last year of high school, my only real job is working in the school’s office, I’m the team leader of my school’s robotic team, which we enter robotic competitions every year, outside of school I’m also a member of St. John Ambulance.

Wow, you are the leader of the school’s robotic team! You must be very smart and intelligent. I never know robotics and those stuff. And St.John Ambulance is also difficult to get a passing grade. Can see that you are an active guy.
